World Market Coming to Bergen Town Center

Urban Edge Properties (UE) has announced that World Market signed a long-term lease at Bergen Town Center in Paramus, NJ. Jeffrey S. Cohen of CBRE represented World Market. Leigh Lyons handled the transaction in-house for Urban Edge Properties.  

The new 19,265-square-foot store, set to open in 2024, will be located on the ground level and face the busy Route 4 corridor. This will be World Market’s first store in Bergen County. “A popular store of this size will draw new customers to the property where they’ll find many choices and complementary shops,” said Lyons.
