Accessed via a smartphone app, the technology provides our tenants with instant alerts and emergency information in the event of a crisis or major incident. The platform also centralizes operational communication, marketing updates, and more. This allows tenants to receive real-time updates, access procedural documents and fast-track maintenance requests.

Tenant Construction
The Urban Edge Tenant Construction team handles each project with a tailored approach, logistics plan, and schedule. We support tenants throughout the entire process of opening a new or renovated space, including:
- Planning, permitting, scheduling, and inspections
- Construction

- Signage
- Receipt of final Certificate of Occupancy
Upon completion of construction, our team ensures a successful opening by working closely with store management to complete a pre-opening checklist, milestone tracking, and tenant training and compliance.
