In 2025, Urban Edge delivered exceptional performance, achieving a 6% year-over-year increase in FFO as Adjusted. Our focused strategy has driven consistent growth, resulting in an annual FFO as Adjusted increase of 6% over the past three years. This momentum propelled us to $1.43 per share in 2025, surpassing our original Investor Day goal of $1.35 per share.
