Urban Edge Properties Launches Work On Two Pad Sites At The Outlets At Montehiedra

Urban Edge Properties (NYSE:UE) today announced that it has begun work on two new pad sites at The Outlets at Montehiedra, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Texas Roadhouse (6,400SF) and FirstBank (2,702SF) together will bring 270 new jobs in support of the local economy. Both are expected to open in early 2027.
