Popular Bakery Café Newly Expanding to the East Coast

Urban Edge Properties (NYSE:UE) today announced that 85 Degree Bakery Cafe, a Taiwan-based bakery café, has signed a lease at Hanover Commons in East Hanover, New Jersey, planning to open in 2024. The 3,507 SF space will be just the second East Coast location for this fast-growing favorite that has a cult following on the West Coast and offers hand-crafted beverages, pastries and other baked goods
