Tahini’s Mediterranean has signed a 1,694-square-foot lease at Lodi Commons, bringing the shopping center to 100% leased, Urban Edge Properties announced Monday, Aug. 24.

Tahini’s specializes in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food, with a focus on shawarma and other dishes that blend traditional flavors with more unconventional creations. The chain has even introduced Shawarma Ramen, which it says went viral on social media.
